Federal Court Appoints Mauriello Law Firm as Plaintiffs' Liaison Counsel in Land Rover LR3 Litigation

On September 22, 2009, the Mauriello Law Firm, APC was appointed Plaintiffs' Liaison Counsel in the Land Rover LR3 Tire Wear Products Liability Litigation. The case is pending in the United States District Court for the Central District of California (Case No. MDL 09-2008 AG (RNBx)). This is a class action brought on behalf of consumers in multiple States against Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC. This case includes eight separate actions that originally were brought in various courts around the country but were ordered consolidated before the Honorable Andrew J. Guilford in the Central District of California. The Plaintiffs have alleged that the tires on the 2006 and 2007 LR3s suffer from severe premature and uneven tire wear.
