Most courts and arbitration forums are either closed completely or are severely limited in their operations. Different courts (e.g., State versus Federal Courts, San Diego County Superior Court versus Orange County Superior Court, etc.) have established different rules and policies at this time. This may impact court filings, scheduling of motions, hearing dates, and trials. In general, any hearings or trials scheduled through the end of April, and possible beyond, have been cancelled or postponed to undetermined future dates. If you have specific questions about scheduled dates in your case, please let us know. Will scheduled depositions, mediation, arbitration, or settlement negotiations occur as planned?
As with court and arbitration hearings, in general any depositions and mediations scheduled through the end of April have been cancelled or postponed to undetermined future dates. If you have specific questions about scheduled dates in your case, please let us know.
